In these minor revisions,

a. Non-relevant notes are now footnotes, to facilitate the reading of the main sections.

b. Footnotes are left for the end of the section.

c. More internal hyperlinks are added, to facilitate a quick vocabulary reference.

Still to improve are styles (especially the footnotes) and bookmarks.

Thanks to the people who spent most of their time in translating language as well as grammar and pronunciation. This is not an easy task.

Oh man.. it is not really easy. This work takes a lot of time. Thanks for spending much time on this and we hope you can spend some time for your kids and family.

Thanks to all who spent the time it took to do the translation, spell checking, etc. It must have taken a fair amount of time.
